Utility Bill Pay
The City of Ada offers a couple different ways for you to pay your utility bill electronically. You can use ACH, the application for automatic payments is below, or you can pay online through our website.

Utility Bill Connection Fees and Deposits

Connection Fees:

$50 Connection and Reconnect Fee for any new customers, current customers with new accounts, and customers who were disconnect due to outstanding bills.

**For delinquent reconnect fees that occur for a second time or more, in a 12-month period, the fee shall be a $100 reconnect charge for each time thereafter.

Deposits

Minimum of $100 Deposits for Residential and $200 for Non Residential

For new customers and customers in good credit standing – deposit fee of the average monthly bill for the previous 12 months of occupancy. Rounded up to the nearest ten.

For customers in unsatisfactory credit standing and/or has failed to timely pay a billing for any city service must pay a deposit equal to the highest bill of the previous 12 months of property occupancy when signing up for new connections.
